		<description>Hi Len &#038; thanks for stopping by.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It's ironic how the tools that are supposed to enhance our lives start controlling it.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I don't any problem associated with the connecting devices because... I don't have any connecting devices. Aside from my cell phone, that is. Which works as a phone and that's it can do.  No camera, no nuttin'.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To ensure I don't get interrupted all the time and maintain my focus, I turned off the automatic download of my emails in Outlook.  I have a specific time slot - or slots - just for emails. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Next step will be to have a specific time slot to return my voice mails.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;My experience is that highly efficient people don't have - nor do they need - any gadgets.  So let's learn from them.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;-Alex</description>
